5. Custom Orders
We specialize in made-to-order and bespoke creations tailored to our clients’ preferences in terms of size, fabric, detailing, and occasion.
Once confirmed, custom orders are final and non-refundable. Timeline, fittings, and delivery are managed directly through our store representatives or stylists.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We do not operate a central online shipping facility. All purchases are delivered directly from the nearest Anamika Khanna store or partner store to the customer's preferred location. Delivery timelines and methods are discussed and agreed upon during the ordering process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account.
